Why It Works

Virtual Ringmaster, LLC works because of me, Pam Ryan. I am personally responsible for giving you the support, ideas, and capabilities you need.

Through my 20+ years of administrative experience, I’ve mastered the art and science of calmly juggling multiple priorities to get the job done. And I can use that skill to keep all your priorities moving forward.

I spent 10 years in Washington, DC working for two nonprofit trade associations as an executive assistant, office manager, and meeting planner. After relocating to Northeast Ohio, I worked seven years as an executive assistant and customer service representative for a Fortune 100 company. I then spent several years supporting a sole proprietor, which led me to pursue a career as a virtual assistant.

Education and ongoing professional development are important to me. I have a Bachelor of Science degree (Communication major, English minor); successfully completed AssistU’s comprehensive, industry-specific Virtual Training Program; and have been an active member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals^® since 1992.

When I’m not staring at the computer screen in my office, I like to spend time outdoors. I love flowers and have a garden that I share with the critters in my backyard. I also enjoy traveling and finding places to visit that are off the beaten path.
